What we collect
When you place an order, book a consultation, or subscribe to updates, we collect your name, email address, delivery address, and — where relevant — payment details. We do not store full card numbers; payments are handled by our PCI-compliant payment processor.
How we use it
- To fulfil and deliver your order.
- To arrange consultations and installations.
- To send transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping updates).
- To send marketing emails, only if you've opted in.
Who we share it with
Delivery couriers, our installation partner (for Garden Editions only), and our payment processor. We never sell your data.
Your rights
